How to make pancakes at home without eggs
Most people think you need eggs to make fluffy pancakes at home — but with egg prices soaring, we’ve found a better way. Here’s how my family still enjoys soft, delicious pancakes without spending a dime on eggs.

Ingredients you need

● 1 cup all-purpose flour.
● 2 tbsp sugar.
● 2 tsp baking powder.
● 1 cup plant-based or regular milk.
● 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter.
● 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional).
● A pinch of salt.
Instructions

1 Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2 Add wet ingredients: Pour in the milk, oil, and vanilla.
Mix gently — don’t over-stir.
3 Let it rest: Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes for a fluffier texture.
4 Cook it: Pour a scoop onto a hot, lightly greased pan.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Bonus Tips:

Want it extra fluffy?
● Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar to the milk before mixing.
● Use mashed bananas or applesauce (2 tbsp) for added moisture and flavor.
